Taking time to stretch each week is so important for your all around mobility and pain relief. Tight hamstrings and hips can lead to lower to mid back pain if you don't take the time to stretch in-between your workouts. I'd suggest doing a deep stretch at least twice per week to stay mobile and improve your flexibility! Trust me - you'll feel SO good after!
